Sandhya Sahadevan is an experienced Montessori educator. With a postgraduate degree in Finance and over 12 years of experience in the Non-Banking Financial Sector, along with 5 years of experience as an Art Educator, she has taken a purposeful career shift driven by her dedication to teaching and working with children. To professionalise her journey, she completed her Montessori training with OMTC and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Cambridge Education through the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL).. She believes in fostering positive relationships with children and parents through effective communication, empathy, and respect, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning community. Sandhya is committed to ongoing professional growth and continuous reflection to enhance her teaching practice and positively impact every child she works with.
