Abrina Mary is a Montessori educator at the Harishree Junior Campus and a trained Montessorian from IMTC, Chennai. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in MBA (HRM). Passionate about working with children, she enjoys engaging with them and supporting their growth. A motivated lifelong learner, she embraces new challenges with enthusiasm.
Aishwarya has completed her B.Tech in Information Technology and has experience working in the corporate sector. She strongly believes that learning is a lifelong process. Drawn to Montessori principles and philosophy, she pursued a Montessori Teacher Training course and received her Early Years Educator certification from Cambridge. She is enthusiastic about working with young children and is able to understand and relate to the needs of primary learners with ease.
Aparna is a passionate Montessori educator with two years of experience guiding young learners through hands-on, child – centered learning. She holds a post graduation in Actuarial science and previously worked as a data analyst which strengthens her analytical thinking, observation skills and ability to track student progress effectively. She is passionate about creating nurturing learning environments that support independence, curiosity and holistic development.
Smitha Krishna is a trained Montessori Educator and has a B.Ed(Special Education) to her credit, She has undergone an intensive Teacher’s Training course by Madras Dyslexia Association(MDA) to further consolidate her knowledge and skill. A compassionate teacher, she believes learning is a continuous process. She has been with Harishree for over 10 years and looks forward to more and more productive work with the young minds.
Charumati handles Hindi as her primary responsibility for children in the Harishree Junior Campus for the past ten years. An arts postgraduate who believes learning happens every day, everywhere and that young minds should be nurtured with affection and a vision. Deeply rooted and passionate about her subject, she ensures her fervour is reflected in her learners also.
Divya is a passionate Montessori educator with an MBA background and over five years of teaching experience. She is currently pursuing the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL), continuously strengthening her professional skills and classroom practice. Known for her patience, sincerity, and gentle approach, Divya creates a happy and safe space where children feel free to explore, learn, and express themselves. She loves designing playful activities that spark curiosity and help little learners grow with confidence. She is deeply committed to supporting every child’s early learning journey.
Rekha is a Montessori teacher primarily responsible for teaching Tamil at the Harishree Junior Campus. She is a trained Montessori educator from IMTC, Chennai, and her teaching style focuses on engaging the minds, bodies, and spirits of children in the learning process. Rekha makes a special effort to ensure that her sessions are interesting, interactive, and fun. With seven years of experience in the language field, she has built a strong rapport with her students. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and has received several academic awards throughout her career.
Jasleen is a Montessori educator who completed her Vikasa training followed by a six-month internship. A Political Science graduate who discovered her true passion in early childhood education with a big love for little learners, she brings creativity, warmth and cheerful spirit to her classroom every day. She is deeply passionate about working with young children and helping them grow with confidence and joy.
Kamakshi holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy from IMTC, Chennai. As a dedicated Montessori educator, she believes early childhood profoundly shapes a child’s personality, values, and love for learning. She strives to create a calm, respectful environment where children can explore independently and grow at their own pace, fostering empathy, responsibility, confidence, and compassion in every child.
As a Montessori teacher, Kavitha believes her role is to guide the children to become responsible and independent individuals. She encourages creativity, imagination and exploration in her classroom. She endeavours to create curiosity in them and provide space for language, art and craft activities, underlining the importance of expression. She looks forward to spending her time with the children every day.
Krithika, a postgraduate student in commerce, worked in the accounting and auditing fields prior to pursuing a career in teaching, which she has always been passionate about! She received her diploma in Montessori early years from IMTC, Chennai, and her certification as a special educator in dyslexia from the Madras Dyslexic Association. She is certified as an Early Years Educator from Cambridge. Having worked in education for more than 14 years, she believes that the best gift we can give young learners is to create an environment that allows them to learn at their own pace and joyfully explore new horizons with both freedom and responsibility, which activates the child’s natural desire to learn.
Maria Shalini is a passionate teacher. She is an art & crafts teacher as well as a partner teacher, playing a supportive role. She believes mutual trust, respect and caring foster healthy interpersonal relationships. She encourages children to explore new ideas in Art & Crafts. She is currently pursuing a bachelors’ degree in Education, with specialization in Special Education.
Nateshkumari.R is an engineering graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Cambridge Certified in Early years and a trained Montessori teacher, she found her calling in working with young children. Radha endeavours to create a nurturing environment for the children. She takes special effort in making learning fun, interesting and encourages the child to take ownership of his work. She believes in building independence, responsibility and self-confidence in the child.
Nikita Mani is an enthusiastic and adaptable educator with a genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Poornima consistently seeks opportunities to gain insights and inspiration from the children she works with, ensuring that her teaching remains responsive, meaningful, and child-centred.
Priyanka BU is a trained Montessorian who believes that each child has unique potential when it comes to learning and achieveing their milestone. She holds a Post graduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Data Management from Bangalore and has 2 years of experience in Healthcare sector before shifting her career to Teaching profession following her mother’s footsteps. Since then she has been in this profession for over 5 years now with strong observational skills, adaptability and creativity as a Teacher. She believes in Montessori’s approach towards children in building their inner strength and excellence. She enjoys sketching and staying fit during her free time.
Radha Sankaran is a Cambridge Early Years certified educator and a Montessori facilitator. She finds her true joy in working with children. She believes children should be allowed to learn at their own pace in order for them to fully realize their potential. She is keen to introduce creative and innovative methods in her teaching and takes special interest in those who need help early. An engineering graduate, she is also an ISEB Certified Testing Professional and Oracle Certified Professional, she has conducted training programs for corporate executives.

Thirupurasundari is a passionate Montessorian who is committed to giving a safe, emotionally relevant and experiential learning environment for children through her teaching methods. She finished her education in Montessori Pedagogy from IMTC, Chennai in 2022. She is a graduate with a Bachelor’s in Commerce and an MBA in Finance. After a brief stint in the Finance Sector, she finally found her calling in empowering young minds at an early age towards comprehensive self development. She is very passionate about teaching, Montessori principles and all-round experiential learning.
Veena Sreenivasan is a Montessori educator who is deeply interested in working with children and facilitating them in their development tasks. She also holds an MBA in Finance and prior to her current role, she has had 10 years of experience in the banking sector. She believes that every child is unique, and that the best education that they can receive in their tender years is one where we follow their cues and offer help when necessary. She strives to contribute in building a strong all-round foundation for the child in the formative years.
Vishnupriya completed her post-graduation in finance and began her career in the banking sector, but her heart was always drawn to teaching. Becoming a Montessori educator through the VIKASA training program allowed her to finally follow that calling. She feels a deep sense of purpose when working with early learners, cherishing the innocence, curiosity, and honesty they bring every day. For her, watching young minds grow, discover, and blossom is not just a profession; it is a heartfelt joy and the most fulfilling part of her journey.
